Vendor Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before listing services or using vendor features on Farewell SA.

1. Acceptance

By creating or maintaining a vendor account on Farewell SA you agree to comply with these terms. These terms govern your access to vendor features, listing of services, bookings, payments and interactions with customers through our platform.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete and lawful information about your business, services, pricing and availability.
  • Deliver services as described in listings and honor confirmed bookings.
  • Maintain valid licenses, permits and insurance required by law for the services you provide.

3. Listings & Content

Vendors are responsible for the content they publish. Prohibited content includes illegal services, offensive material, or anything that violates third‑party rights. Farewell SA may remove or edit listings that breach policy.

4. Payments & Fees

Payments for bookings are processed via Farewell SA payment providers. Vendor payouts, fees, commissions and settlement schedules are governed by separate payout terms which you accept when enrolling as a vendor.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refund rules must be explicit on each listing. Vendors must follow the agreement with the customer and Farewell SA policies when issuing refunds or handling disputes.

6. Linking Accounts & Access

Vendors may link team members to fleet items or listings. Linked users will have the access and permissions you assign. You are responsible for actions taken by accounts you authorize.

7. Data & Privacy

Vendor and customer personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. Only collect or use customer data necessary to provide services and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Termination

Farewell SA may suspend or terminate vendor access for breaches of these terms or for unlawful activity. Vendors may close their account but remain responsible for outstanding obligations and historical bookings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Farewell SA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from vendor activity on the platform. Vendors must maintain adequate insurance for their operations.

10. Changes

Farewell SA may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated; continued use after notice indicates acceptance of updates.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of South Africa unless otherwise agreed in writing.
